The Rheebok Village Estate (RVE) Constitution dated 3rd of June 2020, makes provision for a 2.5% payment towards the RVE Homeowners Association from the re-sale price of any erf/unit and which funds to be allocated as below:
- 2.0% to the “RVE Stabilization Levy Fund”, set in place to overcome and minimize future Special Levies raised from the Homeowners, set in place to overcome, and minimize future Special Levies raised from the Homeowners.
