House for its integral rehabilitation in the mountain of Santoña

Stone house to be renovated in a privileged area of Santoña, for its rehabilitation it is necessary to present a project to the C.R.O.T.U. It has magnificent views of the entire bay of Santoña and Laredo facing south. This bay is one of the most important estuaries in the region, originating from being invaded by the sea in the lower course of the Asón River. The house has a ground floor of about 48 m, a first floor of 43 m and a crawling haystack, between the ground floor and the first floor it has a concrete plant since it was renovated in 2011, it has a rainwater tank to accumulate rainwater through the downspouts of the roofs. There is no access to the house by vehicles, but from where the farm begins to the house there is only about 200 m. It has the possibility of bringing vehicles to the farm or parking in a public area, the land is 21,000 m flat and sloping parts, it is practically closed with stone walls, some of them in better condition than others, it has enough stone to be able to finish fencing it, it has trees such as Holm oaks, some Eucalyptus, hazelnuts, etc. It has no water or electricity, the light is 200 m away.
