Furnished and fully equipped apartment in a recent and secure luxury residence. A person in charge of residence is there for your serenity. Very well served by public transport (bus stops 6 and 88 at the foot of the residence, bus stops 16, 89 and 90 at 3 minutes walk) and close to shops (supermarket "LIDL" at 200 meters) the residence is very well located. You will be only 10 minutes by bus from the historical centre of the town. Composed of a living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (small double bed in 120 and double bed in 140) with their own bathroom, this T3 can accommodate 3 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils. The apartment is equipped with free wifi access. It is fully furnished in a modern way. Bed linen is provided and changed every 15 days with a clean linen kit. However, PLEASE ALWAYS PROVIDE YOUR BATH SERVICES as they are not provided. During your stay you will be able to take advantage of all the services of the residence : - fitness room with free access - paid laundry with washing machines, dryer, iron and ironing board - living room with big screen cable TV, free access table football and vending machines for drinks and sweets - meeting room with paid access to the photocopier - free wifi access throughout the residence - two free parking spaces for two wheels - TV rental on site at 1€/day (+50€ deposit) Thank you for arriving BEFORE 7pm. Beyond this time we will not be able to ensure your reception. A deposit of one month's rent will be required upon arrival. Pets are accepted. You will simply have to leave a security deposit of 2 months rent on the day of your arrival.
