There is a bus stop less than 100 metres away, as well as the train station (650 metres), giving access to each of the other areas of the Valley. There are many restaurants, bars and shops in the village of Les Praz and the golf course is only a few minutes walk away. A pleasant 30 minute walk along the river takes you to the centre of Chamonix.
