DEVELOPMENT - SOLAR SENHORA DA ROSA
1) The total area of urban land is 28,869.67m², plus 589m² of access from Rua da Sra da Rosa to the south.
2) It will be possible to build a hotel with a minimum of 50 rooms (more rooms or fewer rooms, as you wish), simply by expanding the Solar (currently with a project for 10 rooms) to the East (on the plan marked with no. 1) with 24 rooms and to the West (on the plan marked with no. 2) with 16 rooms, all interconnected with Solar.
3) The solution described in point 2 will also allow the construction of 14 T2 apartments/villas, 4 T3 apartments/villas and 2 T1 apartments/villas, leaving about 14,000m² to the East that will allow the expansion of the tourism project or the construction of a closed condominium (joining the 20 apartments/villas already projected) plus the construction of 40% with 2 floors in the remaining area.
4) The leisure area, swimming pool, solarium, initially designed to the west of the manor, in this new solution will be transferred to the land to the east - south, next to the 24 rooms.
5) Car access to the Hotel will be directly from Rua Sra da Rosa to the basement to be built under the building identified with no. 1 (24 rooms).
