We have a terrace, terrace or rooftop restaurant area with swimming pool and bar, lobby bar, massage and hairdressing area, laundry with normal washing machine, dryer and press type iron, electric plant, hydraulic system and pumping.
On the first floor we have 4 rooms, lobby bar, laundry, administrative offices and the frontdesk
On the second floor we have a large living room called Simon Bolivar, kitchen (vertical refrigerator, horizontal cooler, industrial oven, industrial stove with 4 stoves, extraction and injection hood, we also have on this floor 5 bedrooms and the terrace restaurant
On the 3rd floor we have 3 bedrooms, jacuzzi area with heating.
On the 4th floor the rooftop with pool and bar for 25 people
