These are the two most luxurious houses of our six attached house construction project in San Sebastian, Basque country, Spain. This is a new neighbourhood which is located within 15 minutes to the closest beach, Ondarreta, using the bikelane.
One of the house points to east and north whereas the other points to the east and south.
They are composed of three floors.
On the ground floor we find a large diaphanous space of double height with the function of living room-kitchen-dining room, one bathroom, one toilet and the master bedroom.
The first floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom and two terraces.
On the -1 floor we find two multi purpose rooms with the same quality as the rest of the house, one bathroom and a large garage where two cars can be parked. This floor has direct access to the garden with floor-to-ceiling high quality windows like the rest of the house.
The house has its own private garden where a swimming pool can be built.
The materials used will be of high quality, the kitchens are delivered fully equipped and the energy technology will be of the latest generation, highlighting among them the installation of photovoltaic generation for self-consumption to minimize the dependence on the price of electricity and a heat pump with underfloor heating, which is the most efficient technology currently to heat up the house and very well complemented with the solar photovoltaic solar plant of the rooftop.
We must also highlight the elevator that connects the -1 floor with the ground floor, the automatic blinds and the home automation installation.
