Each house has three floors.
On the ground floor we find a large diaphanous space of double height with the function of living room-kitchen-dining room, one bathroom, one toilet and the master bedroom.
The first floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom and two terraces.
On the -1 floor we find a living space of two bedrooms with the same quality as the rest of the house, one bathroom and a large garage where two cars can be parked. This floor has direct access to the garden with floor-to-ceiling windows like the rest of the house.
All homes have their private garden where you can build a swimming pool optionally.
The materials used will be of high quality, the kitchens are delivered fully equipped and the bedrooms come with wardroves. The technology will also be of highest quality and efficiency, using solar photovoltaic generation for self-consumption to minimize the dependence on the price of electricity and complementing it with the heat pump and underfloor heating so that the project achieves an A in the the official Spanish energy consumption ranking.
