A floor plan that we often encounter in architecture is the π shape. A few of the reasons are that this design gives a feeling of movement in the space while offering privacy, natural lighting and contact with the outside environment. This design has been used in this traditional house in the picturesque settlement of Koskinou. Entering from the main entrance with the characteristic, metal double-leaf door painted in an intense red door is the inner courtyard (14 m2). Then there is the main hall with the large arch where in this open space is the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and at the back, on both sides there are two traditional wooden raised beds with storage space underneath. Another characteristic that dominates the space is the ornate pebble floor which was made in 1880 from small white and black pebbles that allowed the craftsman, at that time, to create patterns with which he could show and prove his talent and abilities and give the space the desired unique result. To the right of the main building is a single room with access from the courtyard and inside the main building and serves as the private bedroom and to the left is the bathroom of the house.
